While I was sitting in the park today having lunch with some friends, we noticed a lot of people taking photographs of the things around them.
Some were taking pictures of the grass, others of the statues and some just taking pictures of their friends and family against historical buildings.
There was one girl who was taking pictures of her feet around different parts of the park.

One of my clients at the moment is a company that are one of the top Spread Betting and CFD trading companies in the world. They have a huge number of staff split over offices located in 6 countries, 2 of those offices being right here in central London.
Not only does this company help it’s own clients to make hundreds of millions of pounds per year, they also rely on their staff to make sure the company does what it does in the best way possible and that at every level, each department knows it’s direction and how to get to where it needs to be.

There’s been a lot of hype recently by various different companies promoting the next level of television experience, namely, HD TV or High Definition Television.
When I first head about HD TV I thought it was a whole load of hoo har. What difference could it really make to my viewing experience? Anyway, I liked the way my TV showed me pictures. They were clear, more than watchable and pretty damn good quality. What possible benefit could this new fangled idea of HD TV ever have for me?

Today I’d like to share with you something I saw at the recent Evening With Richard Bandler in London on the 9th October and have you play around with some ideas to see what we can come up with.
What I’m sharing with you today is not necessarily what Richard was doing however it’s something I saw. Whether I saw what wasn’t there or whether I picked up a small amount of something else I’m not sure, but this was part of my experience and I’ve had a lot of fun playing with it and having some friend of mine give it a go too with excellent results.

Two men are approaching each other on a sidewalk. Both are dragging their right foot as they walk. As they meet, one man looks at the other knowingly, points to his foot and says, Vietnam, 1969.”
The other points his thumb behind him and says, “Dog crap, 20 feet back.”
As with many of the things we find ourselves discussing either here or in the NLP community at large, new scientist has today posted an article about our ability to put-stuff-in-sets inside our heads.
This isn’t exactly a new discovery and in maths, set theory is a concept that was formalised some time in the 1870s however I’m also pretty sure it existed some time before that too.

As I read the title of this post to myself an image of a group of young street kids popped into my head with the phrase “keep it eee zzeee bro”.
Now one of the things I’ve noticed recently with the work of some remarkable people is their ability to keep things really easy.

While I was travelling to the office this morning I got thinking about what it was I was going to write about today. A couple of topics crossed my mind but they just didn’t feel like the thing I wanted to write about and my gut instinct was telling me that I probably wouldn’t enjoy it as much if I worked it that way.

“You’re doing WHAT ?!?!?!”
Was the first sentence out of her mouth after I told her I had a Salsa lesson booked in for this week.
“You can’t do that…What’s wrong with you?”
I wasn’t entirely sure where the conversation was going at this point but I had a good idea.

I remember walking down the street on my way to work one time during Autumn. The sun was shining through the trees, the leaves were brown and piled up by the side of the pavement, there was a nice chill to the air that created a steam on my breath and there was a sense of contentment around me that made life even more enjoyable.
